Mr. Yang is the Asia Project Manager for Taiwan and China for SEMI S2 and CE Marking Evaluations. He has Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Tatung Univeristy of Taiwan. Mr. Yang is also professionally trained for CE Marking by Inspecta of Sweden.

Mr. Chizek has over 18 years of system safety and product safety experience. He has worked with some of the top safety engineering and product liability firms in the country. He has also worked in the field of Patent Law and Intellectual Property and contributed to the Mechanical Engineers' Handbook, 3rd edition, Wiley Press, in the section titled, What the Law Requires of the Engineer.

Mr. Chizek has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a law degree from Memphis State University School of Law.
